DELIVERY

You are surely eager for your ordered products to reach you as soon as possible. The www.jiva.ro store offers the possibility of delivering ordered products by courier.

The delivery time is between 1-2 (24/48 h) working days from the moment of order confirmation by us, for products in stock.

Parcels will be delivered to the address specified in the order form, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

We are not responsible for delays that may occur in the actual delivery process, after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed and confirmed on the first working day. We will provide more information about delivery terms when confirming the order, depending on the time and volume of other orders. The sale of products from the www.jiva.ro store is exclusively within Romania.

Shipping costs vary depending on the order value as follows:

• Delivery by Fan Courier (express courier):
- 20 lei - for orders with a value less than 300 lei (for orders within the courier's coverage area). For villages located far from a city with a collection center, extra kilometers will be charged.

- FREE* - for orders with a value greater than 301 lei (for orders within the courier's coverage area)

- 20 LEI* - single fee for villages and localities far from a Fan Courier office – a fee automatically applied by the courier even for larger orders.

- 90 lei - single rate for delivery within the European Union, only with advance payment for products, with the possibility of return still available. For deliveries, please contact us via the contact form or by calling the phone number displayed in the contact form
